Managing renovation while residing overseas, can be daunting. However, we are fortunate to work with Dante Durumpili of Eight Design for a complete interior design and renovation of our HDB flat. It was definitely stress-free, smooth and rewarding experience. Dante demonstrated his proficiency in remote project management with regular updates, photos and video walkthrough to ensure we remained well informed of the progress. Dante’s design solution also reflected clearly my preferences and lifestyle, in which the end result was a space that surpassed our initial expectations and served as a testament to their professionalism and unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

For the past several months, we have had the opportunity to work with Hooi Peng for the renovation of our bathroom and kitchen. Originally, we only intended to renovate the bathroom, but after seeing how amazing and professional she was, we decided to entrust our kitchen renovation to her as well! And now, after the kitchen, we are asking her to help renovate my mother's home as well. What truly sets Hooi Peng apart is her dedication to foreseeing and addressing potential issues. In the early planning phase, she went above and beyond to provide us with full visibility, discussing every detail and suggesting solutions to potential challenges. Her proactive approach instilled confidence, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The worst nightmare of moving house is having a tight timeline of handing over current premises and getting everything done up for a new sub-sale unit before the timeline is up. With this constraint in mind, we search for interior designers with good design and of course, able to commit and guarantee everything can be handover within time limitation of 6 weeks. Eight Design caught our eyes with the stylish modern and contemporary design. We called up the hotline and Becky who picked up our call is quick to accommodate to our last-minute same day appointment. We met up with Becky and Dante who were quick to understand our needs and quickly provide ideas and suggestions. They are indeed professional and friendly, and able to work out something we like plus within budget. What delights us is the confident assurance and promise that everything can be completed within our tight timeline. Indeed, the entire Eight Design team complete our project way ahead of time. They took just 4 weeks to handover to us, bearing in mind of quite a fair bit of carpentry and last-minute minor adjustments or requests. Product is within our expectation and we are very grateful we found the both of them and the company.

Me and my hubby had visited a few design firms and spoken to few designers. Finally we have chosen Eight design after spoken to Designer Mr Jayden for his close follow up and good advise . It was a smooth and flawless renovation journey with Mr Jayden. Ok ok not that 100percent perfect we still give each other some reminders once in awhile :)). My wife and I would like to express our utmost appreciation and commendation to Alvin Soo/Hooi Peng from Eight Design Pte Ltd for the design and renovation of our new home. Throughout the process, they were consistently patient, committed and meticulous. During the renovation, whenever any issues or design deviations happen, they were always quick in providing us with practical solutions to them. They were also attentive in listening on our requests, and careful when executing or coordinating on work for the project. In one instance, they took initiative and went down to our furniture supplier showroom to measure and confirm dimensions of a bedframe we ordered, and true enough some measurements given in supplier specifiations were off and that could have affected the final design. We were fortunate to meet and have Alvin Soo/Hooi Peng to be our IDs and would highly recommend their professional services. They also have a wonderful and skillful in-house team in supporting them. Thanks to them in delivering a modern, cozy and beautiful home for our family.

Ryan of Eight Design was attentive to detail and managed well the changes that were made in the process of refurbishing the unit. He was responsive and monitored the progress and workmanship closely. Overall project was delivered timely and in good quality.
